My Bunnies were not returned

Check the generation status and the wallet history. If the credit does not show up, keep the transaction reference and go to Support and billing to ask for a correction.
Returning Bunnies is different from a bank refund. The refund policy explains the rights that apply in case of failure, non-delivery or non-conformity.
