Cancel my subscription

For an active subscription, go to Wallet → Subscription → Manage, or to the provider portal shown on your receipt, and keep the cancellation confirmation.

If that option is unavailable, use the contact options published on Support and billing. A request received before the due date must prevent the next renewal. The cancellation policy details your rights.

The end of the renewal must be confirmed once your request is recorded. Keep that confirmation and the access end date.
